    Well, unfortunately, I think you created a far greater risk in your case than you otherwise needed too. Instead of having any firm legal defense, the issue will come down to which trustee you get and how aggressive that person is?

    If I were the trustee, I would be all over this issue (and 90 days, IMO is not the issue). If the $5,000 is a pre-payment of an expense, meaning, the dentist hasn't actually "earned,"or "performed" all, the services for which the money was paid, as a trustee, I would be all over that nine ways to Sunday and grab that money from the dentist.

      Well....I ran the expenses through my attorney, and he is the one who asked if I could wait a few months to file, so I am.

      However....I have got the ortho working with me, and they are willing to issue me a partial refund, keeping the required down + 3 months of $500 payments (taking me up to my filing month of June or so).....so that may be something I pursue.
