Congrats! Must be a relief to have all the paperwork done and the filing almost done. I'm just now taking a break because I am in the midst of getting all my paperwork done. Had to wait until I got my taxes done today. Can't believe the amount of paperwork I have! My lawyer called it 'homework' and it certainly is!

I know it! I was glad I had the foresight to get an extra ink cartridge for the printer... good luck to you.....
BTW, when I saw the mountain of papers the atty prepared for our filing, I was in a state of disbelief. It was huge.
Hmmm-can't wait to see mine. I'll just be happy to be over and done with this. Was a hard decision to make and one I should have made over a year ago, when I was first laid off.

Discouraged, your reply echoed something we talked about on the way home today. It has been a rough ride...tough decisions, stress, emotional ups and downs. We should have done this a long time ago, but kept trying to stay afloat. Finally, we had no choice. We are relieved to have come this far and eager to get it behind us. We're going to make it. Big sigh.
That's great! It took us about a month to file due to the SS issues that are involved in mine, but it did make me feel VERY relieved knowing that we at least filed. Now, we just have to stress at the rest of the process, eh?
Jen "...and how is it that bankruptcy is considered an "easy" way out by some???"
