My time has finally come! I joined this fantastic group back in August and have been waiting to file. I just received my BK packet from my attorney. I will start filling it out tonight. I'm going to finish paying him next week then we are filing hopefully first week of March. I'm still a nervous reck....lol

That's awesome! I remember that feeling, to be sooooo relieved to finally be filing after so long.
We're awaiting our 341 on the 24th and I'm getting nervous!
I broke my foot on Feb. 1st, so in a way, it's been a distraction from worrying about the 341. I've been so worried about "surgery/no surgery", going to doc appts for my foot, that the worry of the BK has been on the back burner. LOLComment
