If you are high on rent and low on utilities when compared to the local standard do you get the benefit of netting them if together they are below the standard?
So lets say you don't and if the trustee adds back the rent overage it puts you at $200 a month positive dmi.
So they say you have to pay your creditors. So you have to move?
