2010 Tax Return

We filed on 12/30/10 and our 341 is set for 2/14/11. Our attorney had already warned us that we should be safe with a refund of $1k or under, but more than that the trustee will take. Do I need to have my return ready for the trustee at the 341? We owed last yr due to some weird circumstances, but should be getting a refund this year.

Ask your lawyer how it's handled in your district.
The trustee may well instruct you that they won't close your case until they receive a copy of your return.
