    notice of hearing

I filed for 7 a few months ago and just received notice of hearing that one of my creditors filed an objection to discharge and for order directing me to return for 2004 exam for their objection.

My question is what if I don't show? Will they just get an order that the debt will not be discharged or will they also issue a warrant for me not showing?

I currently live out of state and don't have the money to travel back. My attorney advised me to fight it but that's easy for him to say since he would charge about $1,500 to give a deposition and fight it. This is money I do not have and he thinks he could only get some of the debt reduced but didn't even know if he could do that. I told him to just remove that creditor from my bankruptcy.

I lost my home and have no property, so they can't take anything. I'm hoping they just get a lien and I can worry about paying them back when I get back on my feet.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
