    My case is over! I get to keep my lease! Thx to all

    Today was the hearing to see who they sold the building too and if i have to fight for my lease. They ended up selling it to someone that wanted to keep my lease for less money then the person who didn’t want my lease. Finally my drama has ended and i can move on with my life for now.

    Thank you all for your advise!

    Yea for you. You learned a few things along the way it seems and did not have to pay to do so, or at least not much. Glad you are able to keep your space with improvements and not be dumped out with little warning.

    6/24/09- Discharged and case closed

          Yes, im still in recovery mode trying to focus on making money again
