Pacer Claims Register question

I am awaiting my discharge and since we will be recieving a refund on our taxes our trustee has made us an asset case. The trustee sent out a letter to all creditors about the possible assets and said to file any claims by 2/16. I logged onto Pacer a few weeks ago and saw that there was 6 claims. The next time I checked there was 3 and now 1. Anybody have that happen to them and what does it mean?

Hi kimmyann,

If a claim were to be disqualified, you would think that would show up on PACER too. I wonder if the claim gets posted on PACER once then disappears as it goes into a list for the trustee.

Did you check the creditor names? Are the 3 and 1 remaining in the original list of 6? Or are the 3 and 1 new names?

Oh well, interesting tidbit but you're in the clear!
