Hello!
We were discharged Ch7 in Nov 2010. Capital One was notified of our intent to surrender our 2008 Accord. We figured they'd contact us right after our 341...then our discharge...however, it's been 3 months now and we haven't heard a peep from them, not that I'm complaining. We have kept the car insured and have been driving it.
Can we just keep driving the car and wait until they contact us? Or do we need to contact them somehow? We've honestly been waiting for them to call or send us a letter. Only thing I can think of is that the car is way upside down and maybe it's low on their priority list? It's a 2008 with 90k miles with $16k owed.
