I am Paying and Retaining Car but had to mark Reaffirmation on SOI

Apparently there is no longer and option for pay and retain. There will be no reaffirmation. Also the finance company will not do a reaff since I am filing Pro Se.

My 341 meeting is Friday 2/4. To avoid a reaff hearing, do I say that there will be no reaff after all and that I intend to continue paying on the vehicle anyway?

All you have to say is yes you intend to reaffirm. Often times at the 341 nothing is asked about your SOI. The Panel trustee is not there to check if you qualify for chapter 7, only to look for assets. If no paperwork is filed then there is no hearing and the case progresses as normal.
