Discharged from chapter 7 last year... will trustee take me tax return/refund???

Help, in AZ and would like to keep return/refund from taxes.. any chance that can happen or will trustee keep all of it?

I'd say the chances are good that you can keep it, unless the trustee gave you some instruction otherwise. Was your case closed as well?

It was a no asset case.. easy close and never recieve information on what to do with return. We filed in March 09 and discharged in June 09.
