    ? about undischargeable debt

    I am scheduled for discharge Monday how do I fine out which debts are not going to be discharged I know that my student loans aren't because on the proof of claim it stated non dischargable but what about other debts

    That is where your attorney comes into play. No one at the court is going to give you a list. The bankruptcy code tells you what debts are discharged and which aren't. The code also defines who has the burden of showing whether a debt can or cannot be discharged.

    For example, for a credit card, the lender must show up in your bankruptcy and contest the dischargeability of its debt. The creditors had the burden of proving its debt should not be discharged.
    In contrast, for student loans, the debtor (you) has the burden to show that the student loans should be discharged. Otherwise, the student loans are not discharged.

    Your discharge order is not going to have an itemized list of debts indicating which are discharged and which aren't.
