Post 341 Financial Class

Quick question. The 341 meeting was postponed until 12/7/10 due to administrative reasons on their end (have letter). Does my 45 days to take the financial class begin on 12/7/10 or when it was initially set, which was for 12/1/10? I just completed the class tonight which is actually the 44th day from 12/7/10. I completely forgot. I have since faxed over the completion certificate to the trustee.

Hi eli2000,

The trustee might be a nice guy and file it for you, but it is not in their job description. Fax a copy to the BK court clerk w/ a cover sheet (w/ case #) asking them to enter it in your case.
