Had the 341, need advice

I filed 7 at end of October, then remembered a sale of an asset and a loan to a relative. The sale of the asset was right within at the 2 year mark. I hired an attorney to amend the 7 petition and schedules for the sale of the asset and loan to relative. My wife and I signed the amended papers and the attorney e-filed in December. I recall the attorney and the secretary pointing out the sale of the asset and the loan to the relative in the schedules. We had our 341 meeting today, and not all of the amendments were there to include the sale of the asset and the loan. The attorney did not recall anything.

The Trustee asked for documents for the loan and recommended that the 7 petition and schedules get amended.

The attorney did not recall anything about the asset or loan. I informed him that he was provided documents on both.

Talked to the Attorney at close of buisness day. Now claiming that he did not have any of the information on the loan.

Neither the sale of the asset nor the loan are in the petition.

Make sure the Trustee gets what he wants. Hand deliver the information to your attorney's office, and get a slip of receipt from his office, stating exactly what it is you hand to them, along with a date and printed and signed signature from the recipient. (You may want to make that receipt yourself and have the recipient at his office sign and date it.) If he still doesn't file it, and the Trustee dismisses your case because of it, you can file a complaint against him with your state bar who will reprimand him, sanctions, yank his license, etc. all kind of good stuff.
