    General Filing Questions

I'm still trying to get an idea of how the whole process works. I downloaded a demo for petition software and if I can't edit the "VOID" out of the PDF then I will use it as a reference document. Or pay the registration fee, which would probably be better.

    1) I can't seem to fit both Collection Agency and Original Creditor data in one row. Which one should I use? Or should I create one for each listed as separate accounts? Only problem there is it would double my debt totals.

    2) Can I mail the petition to the court?

    3) What types of personal property is good to list? I don't want to be to detailed or leave too much out.

    4) I may be moving out of state soon. Are cases transferable between courts?

    5) I have accounts all over the nation. Will I still be able to claim these accounts?

Do an exel spreadsheet something like this. That way both are listed (the form wouldn't fit all the way across i.e. it's all one row, but you get the idea)

    Name: CREDITORS LISTING FORM
Name & Address of Original Creditor Name & Address of Collection Agency Account Number(s) Type of Debt Security Year Debt was Incurred Balance Owed Responsible Party

GOOD IDEA! I need to think outside the box more.

I did this so I could show my lawyer - think I saw it in the NOLO book, not sure. But with exel, you just plug in the numbers, so much easier to keep track of things.
