Chapter 7 Asset case confused by latest Pacer filing?

At the 341 meeting the trustee changed my case to an asset case due to 2010 tax refund (only asset) of $1100. Last year's refund was $1500 so he knew it would be around that amount.
Does this latest filing mean that has changed??

well according to the trustees last filing looks like he abandoned everything so u should be a no asset case
