Hey guys, I finally found out when they are selling the building which i am a tenant in. So at least i can see light at the end of the tunnel and i sure am excited to finish this mess im in.
Question....
If i were to object and receive adequate protection for them selling the building free and clear, when would I get paid?
I know first the person holding the mortgage gets paid (that’s for sure)
But when would I get paid? Am I secured claim because I have a recorded lease?
