    60 Day Club!

    Well - I checked PACER today and it looks like I am now part of the 60 DAY CLUB



    I still have a reaffirmation hearing on my car loan slated for next week - assuming the snow has left Atlanta and we finally reopen our courts.

    Going now to crack open a beer.
    Over Median Income - 10/04/10--Filed Pro Se Chap 7/ No Assets 11/10/10--341 Held 01/18/11-- No Distribution/No Funds 01/19/11--Not subject to dismissal under 521(i)(1) AND --Reaffirmation Hearing Held = APPROVED 02/10/11--Discharged

          Wow gman - you so deserve this!! Yay for you!!

          Mine is Wednesday at 1:00 - my fingers and toes are crossed. I think I am nervous and excited at the same time.

              Congratulations! Who is your car loan with? It's the one thing that still scares me. Everyone, including my attorney, says I have nothing to worry about as long as I keep paying (which I have), but that doesn't make me somewhat frightened.

                          Didn't you have your 341 over a month ago? You'll probably be discharged right after that reaffirmation hearing.

                            So what did Pacer say? I remember you are in the same district as I am and that you had no updates since your 341. I've been checking every day and I haven't had any since my mtg. last Tuesday (1/4/11).

                            Sure glad my meeting wasn't today, with the Snow Jam and all ;).
