thanks a lot everyone! I am waiting for a copy of the letter from my attorney and then will see what they are going to try to offer us. Chances are it's not going to be worth taking since it would have to be a REALLLLLLY good offer for us to want to stay in our house that is $100,000 under water and only worth $69,000.
