    Question about something on PACER

Haven't been on much with the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Hope everyone is doing well as we start 2011.

I checked PACER today and noticed this:

Order in No Asset Case Due --
    Event Filed: 12/16/2010 Due/Set: 01/18/2011

What does the "Due/Set: 01/18/2011" part mean?

It means that the trustee needs to filed an update/status report with the court regarding to your case.

Sorry for the delay in responding --- Yes I did have my 341 on 12/15/10. The trustee's report of no distribution showed up on PACER on 12/16. The schedule/deadline on PACER says Order in No Asset case due 1/18/2011. That was yesterday. Nothing on PACER yet.

So, I'm a little worried to say the least.

          Just found this on http://www.insb.uscourts.gov/procedu...er_Only%29.htm

          * The Order in No Asset Case is generated 31 days after the ”Trustee’s Report of No Distribution”.

Does that 31 days include holidays?
