Getting anxious, 341 Meeting 1/5/11, any tips or advice greatly appreciated.

So, I'm officially getting nervous about our meeting on Wednesday. So far, no word from the Trustee asking for additional information, but I know he can ask for anything he needs at the meeting. Any tips on what to expect or ANYTHING to be prepared for? I just can't wait for this to be over with. Thank you!

i can only tell you that ours was about 10 minutes and done!!

i did call the atty's office to see what to bring and was told nothing...however, i brought every paper plus the kitchen sink. also...we didn't expect much since the trustee's office had already contacted us about some additional info needed which we had supplied....

Have your documents ready and organized, also make sure you have your social security card and drivers license with you. Wear business attire, get there early, and watch a few cases before yours.

In my case I dressed in a suit I had purchased a few years before, came with the bank statements and paystubs printed out and in a three-ring binder, in a briefcase.
