Good luck to you Honestly, I have beat every issue in my BK with a dead horse and when it was all said and done, (well not officially DONE) it was all moot. Relax and don't sweat the small stuff

unfortunately for some...it's so hard not to sweat the small stuff when going through this terrible process... so i really hope OP just does really stop worrying about it...and your so right...one can beat every issue until it's dead!! there is nothing that can't get resolved...nothing.

              i don't know any! LOL!!!

actually, and honestly...we took it slow and easy...i trolled this site almost a year before diving into the waters....i'm NOT saying we didn't sweat it out...it's just i was really ocd...i know i did my homework the best i could and went forward with the attitude the chips will land where they fall and whatever i have to pick up i will.

we didn't even do pacer...just didn't think about the 60 day club...or if we'd be turn into an asset case...not a thought...ok...maybe a bit of grey goose to get me asleep...but tried everything to keep our minds off it...

that was between the shaking, and sweating...

But I don't. It's not there for a reason. It's a mistake to assume I don't have personal bk experience because of that.

Earlier in this thread, in response to my first post here, you discounted my position and then made remarks about some people just wanting to "scare" others and how they hadn't even filed bk yet, etc. Those kind of remarks are insinuating and personal. They're not about the facts, the OP or the OP's case or how to best help the OP. They're really just about discrediting a person on the basis of something other than what they have actually said.

The truth is the truth no matter who says it.

I think it's great when people who take different sides on an issue help each other learn so they can both move forward and help others with better understanding and better information. I'm really grateful for what I've learned from people here who think differently than I do. But I don't think it's helpful to make personal, insinuating remarks or to try to discredit a person.

That is what I meant when I asked you not to get personal with me. Disagree with my facts anytime. Share information so we can all learn. But just because I take a position on an issue that is contrary to yours, don't come after me personally, or imply things about my motives, experience or value as a member of this forum.

Note: My apologies to everyone especially LynnD whose thread this is. I prefer to talk bk issues, and not about me or my filing or my motives for being here.
