Well I had my second 341 today and the trustee has asked for the following:
1. title to 2002 van - lien holder is Credit Acceptance
2. 2008 tax return - she asked about my 2010 state income tax refund - said the last refund over 100 dollars was in 2008 the last time I filed with my ex-husband.
3. end of the year 401K statement
4. all paychecks showing my garnishment and any refund(s)
I have no problem with these requests as I have copies, but she did asked about my garnishment - asking about how much was taken - when did it stop - how much was return - she told me that I have to turn over the refunded amount back to her - 342.00 which was return in my last paycheck. I told her that it was refund directly back to my check on 12.23 I requested a check but my payroll department said it didn't work that way - What is the process when you have to paid money to the trustee? When would I send her this money?
Because I still have to come back on 1.12.2011 as she wouldn't accept mail or email copies of the the documents she requested (grrrh) do I have to file a extention of the automatic stay as it has be over 30 days from original filing (11.12.2010) and it will be 21 days from the original 341 meeting?
oh and ps.. I hate this whole process - I view myself as a fairly compentent person, I have the good blend of book smarts as well as common sense but I feel so out of sync with this whole process.
