What is Debtor's Declaration on pacer?

So I looked at my pacer today and saw that a
"Debtor's Declaration Re: Electronic Filing" was entered today. When I click on the document I get a "user access denied".

    What is this?

From United States Courts-Western Missouri website:

Declaration re: Electronic Filing: Rule 1017(d)
The amendment will repeal the requirement that the Declaration re: Electronic Filing be filed in paper format. Instead, the rule will require debtor’s counsel to file a scanned image of the original document with debtor’s manual signature and full Social Security number. This document will be a private entry in the court file and cannot be viewed by the public. This rule change also will be reflected in Section II.D. of the court’s administrative procedures. (See below for filing instructions.)

Sounds like yours was filed ok, IMHO.

The Debtor's Declaration is the page you signed declaring that you reviewed your schedules and that they are true and correct to the best of your knowledge. You can't see the document, because it has your entire social security number on it, therefore it's private.
Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!
