We had planned on giving our attorney the rest of our fee on Friday when my husband got paid. However we are coming up short this month. Is it better to just file and get it over with or wait another 2 weeks to pay the attorney? I personally would rather just file and pay whatever bills we have late in 2 weeks, i just want to get this process started already and ended.
