Thanks folks for the help, Finally got on the roller coaster as of 20th of Dec, Got the 341 22nd Jan. Wish us luck.

Good luck! I had my 341 the beginning of Dec and it was one of the least painful things of this entire process, though I stressed about it to no end!

This is fascinating to watch. I know I'm going to run up my bill on pacer reading all the new docs coming in, But it is really interesting. Seems there is an new doc or something on a daily basis thus far, Although nothing really relevant as of yet. To make things more interesting, I figured it would take a week or so for my phone to go quiet, Nope, Since the day the petition was filed I have yet to here a single ring from a creditor. How did the find out so dang fast.

Now I just gotta chill and stop thinking about the little things the trustee may question us about... Oh, And be little more sparing with pacer. At least the CR are free, lol.

As an interesting side note, I found out a close relative of mine filed ch7 a few years ago pro-se. This is fascinating because no one in the family ever had the slightest hint he was in trouble and he isn't the brightest bulb around either. Almost makes me wish I had filed pro-se. Pacer can be so evil, hahahaha. I think ill be nice and leave his dark little secret alone though, lol.
