How can I find out when my trustee has other 341's scheduled?

I'm pretty much out of work all of January and was thinking I wanted to sit in on some 341's that my assigned trustee will be doing before our actual 341. How do I find out though when she has meetings scheduled?

In most states, this is published on the BK court website. It is usually quite easy to find - look for your district, then for the list of Trustees - it is usually in there.

ss...you can either call the court or go there and check the schedule....sometimes it's even listed online by district....

we were in the middle district of florida...and it was posted outside each room, but i never sought any info prior to our own 341.

or ask your atty....so that way you can watch him or her and the interaction between the two.....

In my district, I was able to search the Calendar on PACER. Just go to "Calendar Events," select your division and "341 Meeting Dates," and choose a date range (like a month). It'll list all of the scheduled 341 meetings, along with the trustee, for that time.

This doesn't count towards your PACER page count, BTW.

Well, I wasn't able to find it on just our county website. They have a list of trustees and a list of 341 dates - -but not which trustee is presiding.

BUT Pacer did it!! Wow!! Thanks. Hadn't thought about finding some cases where my own attorney was working with that trustee. What a great idea. Thanks!

LOL!! i have to chuckle about pacer...i'm a anti pacer person because when you see many on this board they check pacer hourly....and so we just never bothered...

Well, dang! There's not a date that my attorney is representing anyone under the trustee we've been assigned. But, my attorney is a trustee as well, and there are dates that she is the trustee and OUR trustee is representing a debtor. So, apparently our trustee works both sides of the fence as well. Hope that's a good thing.

There's only three dates she is working as a trustee between now and my own 341, one I have a doctor's appt on, the second we'll be out of town, and the last date is only a week before my own 341 -- so I guess that means I'm not supposed to be worrying about this for awhile since there's nothing I can do at this point anyway.

I was torn -- but knew in the long run I'd want to know. I check it each morning and just see if there's been any updates. Keeps me from worrying so much about what's going on that I don't know about -- and what I'm finding is that NOTHING is going on and I need to quit worrying.
