    Assets Abandoned question

My report of no distribution lists Assets Abandoned as $4999. I understand that this is property the trustee is abandoning his claim to. None of this property is secured. Can some creditor go after, say, my family's $1000 worth of clothing? The assets are my $4000 wildcard exemption and our clothing.

Could the Assets Abandoned be a typo, because next it says Assets Exempt, not available. The $4999 is my IL $4000 wildcard plus the $1000 I claimed for the family's clothing. Now I am a little worried. Anyone?

No worries chicagoannie, you are in the clear! The report of no distribution is what you want to see, the trustee has washed their hands of your case, should be smooth sailing to the next milestone: discharge !
