Is this is a good thing or are they going to stop the suit and file and AP ? I had 2 pending law suits and both now state this....

(last used cards 1yr to 2 yrs ago. Last paid 6 months ago. I paid a few months after I last used the cards.)

Last but no least I was served after I filed and also a judgment was entered after I filed on another suit.

Hi BKHELP138,

This looks like exactly what is supposed to happen, you file BK and any money suit gets dismissed. The case where the judgement was entered either didn't get the BK notice, or awarded the judgement before the BK notice got there. When you get your discharge you can file a motion to vacate/set aside the judgement. The court clerk will have the forms, you attach a copy of your discharge order.

The dismissed suits, the judgement, none of this is enough reason for an AP. You haven't used the cards for a long time and you made an effort to pay, nothing to justify an AP
