Most people on this board constantly check the PACER with the online court system. I am just waiting for my attorney to tell me.
If you are like me and screentest, you are well past the 60 days past your 341 hearing and waiting patiently for them to catch up with the paperwork so they can discharge you. I am now 90 days past my 341 hearing and waiting patiently. -
But at 60 days, you're essentially home free, right? There's nothing that can change at that point, correct?04/01/10 - Hit rock bottom and knew we were going to have to file for bankruptcy and surrender our home.

My attorney says I am home free now. Creditors can't come after me, if I get a job, they can't garnish wages. Trustee can't come after me. I am in California, so I'm not sure if the rules are different in Florida or not.Originally posted by ssmdem View PostComment

....as bad as Florida seems to be for a BK, thankfully the discharge rules are federal, not state. If nobody has made any noise by 60 days post-341 you are in the clear...
...but that didn't stop me from fretting about it for 92 days...

Was that 92 days after the bar date or 92 days after the 341? I'm now 120 past the 341 and 60 days past the 60 day wait...still nothing. Maybe I'm going for some kind of record or something...lol
I'd be happy to lose this record on Monday!
