Trying to get feedback...majority of the sample BK filings I've seen shows one word descriptions as opposed to specific descriptions...ex: Household Furnishings...$ 1,000.00 vs. couch/loveseat ($125), dinette set ($75)..etc.

What is the general consensus...to lump everything together and total or itemize?

I "lumped"very broadly...furniture $1200, kitchen goods $200, bedding $100, clothing for 5 persons $600, etc...

Hi torosnca,

The official Schedule B has some categories and your exemption list is broken up into categories.

I filled in the categories on Schedule B and added a continuation sheet for any category on the exemption list that wasn't covered.

If you are from Hawaii, you can use either the state exemptions or the federal exemptions, nice to have options!
