I am so happy and relieved I could cry. I didn't post last night because I closed my eyes just for a minute in the recliner when we got home and woke up there this morning and I wanted to wait until I had a case number after they pushed the magic button at the attorney's office.
We spent 3 hours at the attorney's office yesterday because they go over your petition in minute detail - and make the changes on the spot - then you proof the changes which I really appreciated. I also had a tiny head-butting contest with the paralegal over my wanting to use the 6 month average for income on both the Means Test and Schedule I. We did it my way at the end of the day!!
To be fair, the paralegal and I are both control freaks and she was worried I had made all these changes and we would show POA (we don't) and also that I was implying she didn't know her job (I wasn't) - but all is well and we both apologized before dh and I left the office.
Our 341 is scheduled for 01/12/2011.
