Well, it's done, signed, and filed. We're giving up our home, but we're gaining so much peace and a clean slate. Feels so good!! Our attorney is a trustee as well, and she told us today everything that would be asked, everything that might be asked, and essentially said, "You're good. Don't see anything that might cause a problem." We were over the median even more than I thought which scared me at first, but she still came up with a negative amount on the means test and a negative DMI of almost $700.
We've still got a while on the house so just hoping I've got a job by the time we have to find another place to live. But grateful to have the biggest hurdle behind us. Now just anxiously awaiting our 341 meeting.
