    I really wish I never found PACER

    OK I find myself checking PACER 3 times a day for updates.

    Filed 11-3, had my 341 12-2 went well, trustee report of no distribution about 2 hours after meeting.

    I keep checking for changes.. I am day 9 with the status "waiting for discharge".

    I am enjoying the peace but I just feel like it could be yanked away at any moment.

    Am I in the clear??

    I think it's safe for you to relax. that "report of no distribution" is a thing of beauty! You're in the 60 day club, and before you know it you'll have your discharge and everyone will be dancing for you
    Filed pro se, made it through the 341, discharged, Closed!!!

      Thank you.. I appreciate the reassurance.. Have been on the edge of my seat for 3 years now and I need to let it go.

        YUP ,Fletch.....definitely sounds like a pacer intervention might be in order. LOL

        I did the same thing for the first week just waiting for a BIG shoe to drop. After that first week told myself once a week was all i could check. Just went in and checked to see if the filing date had changed.
        Never did change till yesterday when i got the discharge and close. Will admit i did check twice a day after the 60 day passed. Made it thru the pacer quarter with $6.16
        YEAH Enjoy the peaceful breezes that waft thru the 60 day club doors.

          Wow I filed 11/19//2010 and didnt even have my 341 and checked it 20 times to see if I have an audit .... I need HELP!!!!!!! =)

            Lay back on the sofa here and tell me about your childhood. I'll start the timer and tell you when your time is up. I'm not really a psychiatrist but i did stay at a Holiday Inn once.

            OH OH i still have the sillies and the giddies going on from this mornings pacer report.

              once upon a time ... I got me a CC and they jacked my rate from 1.99% to 29.99% I had a 798 fico with 16 yrs no lates and over a million high credit. Said my rate was just like everyone else getting jacked so I said EXTORTION and called my lawyer. I stopped paying and filled BK 1 year later. Now Im CASH only and loving life as long as my bk goes thru and my CC companies dont F with me anymore. What they did was F them selves. I could pay back at a rate of 1.99% not at 29.99% WHERE IS MY BAILOUT oh wait I filed a chapter 7 GOD BLESS THE USA =)

                make it a habit to only check PACER once a week - and usually on Friday/Saturday as thats when most updates for the entire week will show. Its what we do given we still have an AP for BK violations out there....

                PACER can add up quickly if you're not careful - I've yet to ever go over the $10 free fee mark and its been 9 months since we filed and 3 since confirmation.
