As long as you're in an active BK case, and they were listed on the matrix, they can't touch you with a ten-foot pole.

The papers might have crossed in the mail, it might be a good idea to send the BK notice w/ case# and file date to the opposing attorneys as well as the court clerk where they are suing, include the local court case # on the one going to the court clerk.
