12/6 was the final day for creditors to oppose the discharge. How long does it take Pacer to update - I believe it should say be checked terminated - full discharge is to be 1/4 - I am a wreck.

PACER gets updated kinda when the court clerks get around to it, some faster, some slower....
You might not get 'terminated' (sounds bad), what you want to see is the trustees report or a separate entry saying 'I'm done' with this. Then 'awaiting discharge' or 'discharged scheduled'
PACER can get you hooked, not naming any names....but we have had to do some interventions around here...

Thanks for your reply. The Trustee did file no assets one day after our 341 meeting which was November 5, 2010 and asked that he be dismissed. So I guess we are ok - nothing hidden -Comment

I am nearly 3 months past my 341 hearing and haven't been discharged yet. It will drive you crazy waiting this long!!!Comment

The Trustee did file no assets one day after our 341 meeting which was November 5, 2010 and asked that he be dismissed. So I guess we are ok - nothing hidden -
The next thing will be the discharge, some point after the 60 days are up. The waiting is terrible, and it might get pushed back a bit b/c of the holidays...
But the no-asset no-distribution-trustee has washed their hands of the matter; this is a fine Christmas present!!
