341 scheduled for 12.17 eastern division california i have some questions
I converted my non confirmed chapter 13 in October, the chapter 13 trustee forwarded the debtor refund check of 1015.00 to the new chapter 7 trustee. I have a 341 scheduled for 12.17 and pacer shows no asset case. Will that change after the 341 and what will happen to the money? Anyone know what I can expect this has been so stressful.
