Pacer abbreviation question...

When I first registered and checked pacer, I accidentally got a list of abbreviations. I looked over those briefly but wish I would have printed them, as I don't know how to get those again, and I found them by accident. Does anyone know how to access the abbreviations? I've tried to find this again, but continue to incur charges because I have no clue what I am doing, just clicking away. Should I get charged for looking up general information like that? How do you really know when you are getting charged? When the box with user ID shows on the page? Sorry for sounding so confused, but honestly, I am!! Thank you.
