    I do have a bk attorney and he says he can help me stay in the house longer. So I will pay for his services (e.g. if that does cost me $1,500 for a few months more time, that is well worth the pay). I am curious as CAlifornia is a non-judicial state, so I wonder exactly what my attorney could possibly do to delay my foreclosure in this type of non-judicial state.
