I had my 341 Meeting on 11/22/2010 and nothing has reflected on the Pacers. I am just wondering if that is normal or something going on? Nothing about the 341 meeting is showing except the date and time, nothing else.

The date and time of the 341 was put on there when it was scheduled. Once the 341 takes place pacer will have to be updated which could take time depending on the backlog of the court. Since the 341 was only last Monday and last week was a short work week it may take a little longer than normal.Chapter 7 filed December 11, 2009, 341 Meeting held on January 7, 2010

We never got an update on 341 was held....just waited for what seems like forever and then the report of no distribution came up..Hallelujah!!

The trustees are not a slave to pacer. They get it done when they get it done. My status still shows awaiting 341 meeting, yet I was discharged in May 2010.All information contained in this post is for informational and amusement purposes only.
