If you are worried about your employer being worried about your filing, then no the US Trustee and the panel trustee will not contact your employer and inform them you filed. If you are asking about income verification, your income tax returns, including W2's are checked, but your employer is not usually contacted.You can't take a picture of this. Where I live, if you file Chapter 13 the Trustee requires plan payments to be automatically withheld from your paycheck, so in that case, yes, your employer will find out.Comment
