Being discharged soon, still waiting for bank to respond.

Filed chapter 7 Sept 1st, being discharged Dec 6th. We are keeping the house as it's worth 130k and we only owe 30k on it, payments are current. Have called Citibank three times in the past month to have reafirm agreement sent to lawyer and three times they have said we'll get it right out, but they never have sent it. I'm worried they may try to pull a fast one and wait till I'm discharged and then foreclose on us because the house is worth way more then we owe. Can they do this? What if anything can I do to get them to send a reafirrmation agreement to my lawyer?

if your payments are current they can't foreclose with or without reaffirming.
