Is it ok to have a bank account at a company i IIB

i had 2 chase cc for a total of 10,000 i am going to have discharged in bk. i opened the account already, and was planning to fund them after my discharge, can they take the money in my account after the discharge?

Opening an acct w/ a bank you are including in BK might not be the best idea....BK is complicated enough, don't need to complicate it more!

But since you already opened the acct, they won't take $ out past your filing date and certainly not past the discharge.

Besides, Chase is huge, your neighborhood bank probably never even knew about the cc accts.

The branch may not but their computers may. These big banks aren't exactly known for their following of the law when it benefits the consumer.
