Discharge date question

Hey everyone! I'm sure this is listed somewhere, but I'm mostly lazy, so I'm just gonna ask.

I had my 341 on 9/26. Pacer shows "No Distribution" and Date of Last Filing on 9/29.

I know it's a matter of 3 bleepin' days, but should I expect Discharge on 11/26 or 11/29, which is date of last filing?

Hi Heidi,

It's the day after the last day of objections (Day 61). If that happens to fall on a weekend, then it would on Monday (11/29). Just be aware, that if your district is overloaded with cases, your discharge may not come through on day 61. Sometimes it takes longer, for me it took 81 days, but once you've past the 60 days your good to go. It's just waiting for it to be official. Hopefully that will be on 11/29. Good luck to you.

My 341 was on 11/19 and my paperwork says that the last day for creditor objections is 1/18. So my discharge is expected to be 1/19.
