Congratulations! Your interview has been submitted and your attorney has been notified that you've finished. If you have any further questions or if you want to check on the status of your case, contact your attorney.
My attorney has a thing to submit a lot of info -- debts, assets, bills, etc online. So I did that today. I haven't paid him any money yet (will likely do that next week after my Dad pays me back the money he owes so that I can file). I am doing the pre-filing course through a site recommended here (and I checked with the federal site to make sure it was approved in my state) and so have to wait a day or two on that apparently.
I'm just wondering what happens once you give your attorney the info? I'm thinking he may want payment before beginning work on the case, but I'm not sure. I realize no one can answer exactly b/c they probably haven't used my attorney, just curious if others have done this online submission thing.
I've thought and talked about this for so long, now that it's moving forward I'm rather nervous....
