    The reason it is not appearing on your crediit report is what I stated in my initial posting - your son has an SS#; obtain his credit reports and I'll betcha it's showing on there. In any event, you had better check before you include that in your BK because if it is associated with his SS#, you have a HUGE can of worms...I hope all works out for you but check your son's credit reports...
