ok so i am all filed and have my 341 on 12/20, i may have to move somewhere eles in the same county i am in before the 341 the rent would stay the same nothing would change no lease, other then the address... do i have to ammend anything? if so what? all forms?

You just need to file a Notice of Change of Address with the Court and send a copy to the Trustee. If you have an attorney, he/she will do this for you - just let them know the new address.

Let your attorney know. They will take care of it.
I filed pro se and had to send a notice of my change of address to all of my creditors, my Trustee, and the court, along with certification that I sent the notices with the court.I may be smarter than an attorney, but I'm not one. No legal advice here, people.

In our court it was a simple form, all we had to do was file it with the court, they took care of the rest.
Hope yours is that simple!
