Reaffirmation of what specifically? Reaffirmation is what you do for something you want to keep i.e. i am reaffirming my car payment cause i want to keep my car.
i am pretty sure you mean confirmation.....if this was a CH 7, that's not an issue...confirmation is a part of CH13 only. If you are done with the 341, just enjoy the countdown
You might also mean discharge and closure.....discharge of your case is 60 days post-341 meeting, and closing is usually shortly after that (time varies based on specifics of the case).
Ch7 no asset Filed 11/23 341 12/21 discharged: 2/22/11 I am soooo totally not a lawyer, but i wish i had married one! Does that count for anything?
The reaffirmation needs to be signed by you and the lender(s) and filed w/ the court before the discharge, in your case before Christmas would work. Your atty should have contacted the lender(s) and asked for reaffirmation agreement(s) to be sent. You also need to find out if your atty is going to sign off on the reaffirmation(s) or do you have to have a hearing before the judge.

ps: you might want to be sure the class certificate got filed w/ the court. Sometimes these things get lost in the shuffle..
