    Anyone have experience in Indiana?

I have spoken to 3 attorneys, and I think I have found one I like. Now I have to save the money to pay and let six months or so drop off and a few small charges (I sold some stuff on Ebay for around 2000 dollars, old toys to help pay bills, lol childhood gone) and my ex left me strung out with all the credit cards in my name.

Every attorney I have talked to has said that Indiana is a breeze and that my debts are relatively small and I am way under the median on just my income so it should be no asset no problem. Is it really that cut and dry here? Seems you folks in florida and cali are getting raked over the coals!

Indiana is a pretty straight forward state >>> on a lot of things, including Bk.
The state slogan could be replaced with "The common sense state" if you ask me.

What district in IN do you fall into, N or S.? Do you know which location of court you will attend for 341 mtg.?

I am near Indianapolis. I am also hoping the lack of Indy people on the board means that they really are a simple process

IN is a breeze as long as you fully disclose and be honest. If you do so and all is within the exemptions, you have no problems at all.
Fast, over and done with... 100-120 days, start to finish. Boom.
