My Husband and I had our 341 meeting today for chapter 7. It went smooth. He asked about equity in our house (which there is none) and asked if our income was going to be the same as last years return which we responded that is was significantly less due to a temp layoff etc. At that point he said thank you and we were done. All the other basic questions were asked. That was it! Is this a good sign? I have been so nervous. It is bad enough going through financial difficulties..... I was scared... It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
